Hi, I’m Gina.

My mission is to support, inspire and embolden each client with a progressive program and the necessary tools to help each woman conquer her unique goals by providing a "safe space" where she feels comfortable and confident to discover her potential while building an empowered community of fierce lady friends.

I care less about how you look and more about how well you move and feel.

I would love for you to learn to care more about what your body can do for you rather than how it looks to other people.

Once upon a time, I too found myself intimidated by the weight room at my local gym. I felt awkward, out of place, self-conscious and, quite frankly, intimidated.

That all changed when a good friend of mine helped show me the ropes! She helped forge a mindset that encouraged self-discovery in the gym and challenged stereotypes about who "belongs" around the weights.

Beautifully strong and athletic with gorgeous, muscular arms and shapely legs, I wanted to look like her...and more importantly, I wanted to TRAIN like her.

Once I began lifting the way that she did and truly embracing what heavy lifting provided me, I then wanted to be STRONG LIKE HER!

Today, with over 15 years of experience in the industry, my goal is to share my love of lifting with other women and not only build strong bodies, but to develop a mental resolve that transfers to every day life, AKA grit, as well as confidence and self-efficacy.

Strong Like Her was created for those moments we've admired a "strong" woman, whether in the gym, on the competition floor, at practice or passing her by in the parking lot of your local grocery store and you thought to yourself, "I want to be _____ like her!"

P.S. If you see something beautiful in someone, speak it.

Joining the Strong Like Her movement (#stronglikeher) is not only an opportunity to learn and grow STRONGRRR with GRIT, but to actually become that person that you’ve always admired; the best version of yourself, so that one day you can say, “Strong like me!”
